Origin Story
My journey with yoga began as a search for balance during a time of deep exhaustion. What started as a personal practice soon became a path of healing and service. Drawn to the gentler, more inclusive traditions—Hatha, restorative, prenatal, chair yoga, and Ayurveda—I now offer supportive practices for every stage of life. My mission is simple: to help others reconnect with their breath, their bodies, and their inner wisdom.

What to expect
All of my classes will have a specific intention, focus, or theme in mind that will guide the sequence of movement and techniques used. Understanding that all bodies are different, I provide modifications to help students find what feels good to them. I strongly promote inclusion and the belief that all individuals can start a yoga practice at any time in their lives. I encourage all ages, abilities and sizes to try my yoga offerings.
For my classes, you can bring your own mat and props but we also have some that you can use at the studio! Feel free to reach out to me directly at info@manishayoga.com if you have any questions, or if you would like recommendations of where to purchase any of these items prior to your scheduled class.
Love, light, and warmth,
Manisha
