Journey into Embodied Wisdom, Breath, and Balance

HATHA
Hatha yoga focuses on three main areas: physical movement (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and guided meditation. Hatha yoga is a practice that has been proven to help with low moods such as stress, anxiety, and depression.
RESTORATIVE
Restorative yoga focuses on physical movement (asana) and the breath. Poses are held for longer durations while remaining engaged in deep breathing. Restorative yoga is a gentle practice which promotes greater relaxation in the body.
CHAIR
Chair yoga focuses on seated physical movement (asana) and the breath. This is a great alternative for those who enjoy seated practices, or are faced with limited mobility. Chair yoga is a gentle practice but it also helps to develop strength in the body.
