The emphasis is on being rather than doing, making it a perfect antidote to the stress and busyness of daily life. It invites you to slow down, surrender, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace. You will need 2 blocks, 1 bolster, and a blanket.

This beginner-friendly approach focuses on breath awareness, mindful movement, and gentle stretching, helping to improve flexibility, strength, posture, and balance—all while staying seated or using the chair for support. Chair yoga is perfect for anyone new to yoga or looking for a low-impact way to stay active.
PreNatal yoga
Prenatal yoga will be gentle and specifically designed for pregnant women to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout pregnancy. It combines breathing exercises, stretching, gentle poses, and mindfulness techniques, focusing on building strength, improving flexibility, and relieving common pregnancy discomforts like back pain, swelling, and fatigue.
